Down Syndrome & Dementia Workshop

Every community has unique needs when it comes to dementia, so we've partnered with Ups and Downs- Calgary Down Syndrome Association to bring you this community-specific workshop! We will explore dementia risk reduction strategies, the importance of adult baseline testing, early warning signs for individuals with Down syndrome and more. We aim to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages the care partners of individuals with Down syndrome to share their knowledge, ask questions, and leave with a deeper understanding of dementia and the resources available.
